The Statutory Formula (s108)

Worked Example — RMG Operator
Tk 12,500 basic, 40 OT hours: hourly = 60.10 × 2 = 120.19 → Tk 4,808 OT — ~32% on top of a Tk 15,000 gross; which is exactly why OT accuracy is the sector’s wage issue, and why the 208-divisor check is the first audit step.
